Schedule a Meeting
You'll meet with us to discuss your needs, ask questions, and get a sense of how we work. Our contact info is at the bottom of the page, give us a call or email us, we'll be happy to set up either a phone call or an in-person meeting. -
Request a Quote
To provide an accurate quote for your business need, we'll ask you to fill out a form with your Business Details. This is the information helps us better understand the amount of bookkeeping work your business entails. -
Once you approve the quote, we'll send you a contract via DocuSign.

We’ll guide and communicate with you every step of the way so you know exactly what to expect. Feel free to ask questions!
NEW CLIENTS
You've signed your contract and you’re officially a client! To get you set up in our systems, we'll need to gathering key financial information and gain access to your accounts. Your security is our top priority, we'll send you a secure form via DocuSign, or you can use our secure upload link above. Please do not email passwords.

Here’s what we typically request:​

Bank and credit card statements, plus login access to your online accounts. This allows us to begin categorizing your transactions for you (if desired). We reconcile your accounts, plus download checks and deposit details.

Existing accounting software/ files (if applicable) – Such as QuickBooks, Xero, or spreadsheets. If you are already using QB, see the instructions below to add us to your file with accountant access.

Any active loans or credit lines – To track balances and interest accurately.

Payment Processors or Merchant accounts you use for your business.

​Previous tax returns – Helps us understand your historical financials.

Other supporting documents – For example, incorporation paperwork, EIN, or insurance information if relevant.

​Once we have all we need, we'll start right away, making and keeping your books clean and precise.
